Fall Family Event at Holding Village

The Parade of Homes gives the Wake Forest community the chance to see some of its newest living options. At Holding Village, we want to celebrate this with a family-friendly fall event. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 15th from 1-4p.m. for our Fall Festival. The Holding Village community would love to welcome you and your family and give you the chance to explore our special community while having some genuine, old-fashioned fall fun.

Free Family Fun at Holding Village

Our event will be held on the final weekend of the Triangle’s Parade of Homes, providing an excellent opportunity to explore one of Wake Forest’s newest subdivisions. Bring the kids out to enjoy music from a live DJ, and spend some time getting crafty with Durham’s Scrap Exchange. Be sure to bring your sweet tooth, because we will have cupcakes from Sweet Stacey Cakes food truck, Smiles, and fresh apple cider from Bella Bean Organics. The event is entirely free and open to members of the community and the general public, so come on out and enjoy our community.

Tour Our Model Homes and Amenities During Your Visit

While you are visiting our fall festival, take the time to tour our four model homes. We would love to show you what makes Holding Village special, and that starts with our beautiful luxury homes. With welcoming front porches, open floor plans and large windows to let in natural light, the homes at Holding Village invite a sense of old-fashioned community that you have to see to appreciate.

After touring the models, take a stroll around our community to see some of our newest amenities.
