An Attitude of Gratitude for Valentine’s Day

At Holding Village, we live for those special moments where we can give back to others and make our community an even better place to live and work. On Valentine’s Day, we hosted our third annual Realtor Appreciation Lunch at Farm Table Kitchen & Bar in Wake Forest to shower some goodness on a hard-working bunch of Realtors.

Realtors were treated to hot pink roses, sweets from Videri Chocolate Factory and a delicious buffet meal. Farm Table Kitchen & Bar thrives on supporting local farmers where possible, focusing on obtaining its ingredients from known sources. The restaurant’s farm-to-table concept uses its own fruit and herb garden to create fresh flavors, something everyone loved!

Realtors also had the opportunity to meet with our development and builder teams to hear more about new home plans and designs at Holding Village. We gave away $3,000 in cash prizes to lucky winners, including $500 each at our Ashton Woods, Drees Homes and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods models for those who visited our community after the event.
