Silo Park

Our newest addition to Holding Village is Silo Park, a beautiful green space perfect for picnics, outdoor games and community events. Join us in May 2024 for the grand opening of Silo Park and be one of the first to experience this exciting new addition.

Amenity Center

Our community amenities are ideal for everyone. This state-of-the-art facility offers residents amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and event space. Mark your calendars for May 2024 when we will celebrate the grand opening of our Amenity Center. You won’t want to miss this exciting event!

Refuel Gas Station

Anticipating the needs of Holding Village residents and visitors, the Refuel Gas Station is set to open in the summer of 2024. Not just your average gas station, Refuel aims to provide a superior experience, offering convenience store essentials, high-quality fuel, and customer-focused services.

Lightbridge Academy

Lightbridge Academy opens in 2025, offering a nurturing environment for infants to kindergarteners. Our holistic child development programs focus on emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth. With extended hours, parent internet monitoring, and an eCommunication app, we support working parents.
