Directions: In Wake Forest, take South Main Street to Rogers Road, Left on South Franklin Street (At Sheetz), Keep going past the main entrance of Holding Village (on the left) until the road dead ends.  Follow parking signs.

Join us for an evening of family-fun as we celebrate the grand opening of our pool and amenity center! Come listen to live music from Raleigh’s One Way Back band and watch as we restock Holding Lake with fish (from 4:30-6:30)!

Stop at the registration table to grab a meal ticket for:

• Free BBQ from Backyard Bistro (first 300 guests) // menu choices will be BBQ chicken, pulled pork, macaroni & cheese, salad and banana pudding
• A beer from Aviator Brewing (first 300 guests of legal age)

 

          
Guests who tour new model homes from our three builders Ashton Woods, Drees Homes and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods will receive:

• Sweetwater Ices // Italian ice flavor choices will be vanilla chip, rainbow, raspberry or sugar-free lemon
• Special Holding Village beach towel

 

Complimentary family photos on the lake will be provided free of charge by Amber Robinson. Those who register will be entered to win a free one-hour photo session, taken at any location in Wake County, and one of 10 $20 VISA gift cards. We love pups but please bring them on a leash! Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets and relax on the lawn while listening to our fabulous band! Our pool will not be open for attendees, but there are so many fun activities to enjoy! The pool will be open to residents beginning Sunday, May 21!
