Recent Events
We recently celebrated the grand opening of our new pool and amenity center with live music, barbecue from Backyard Bistro and brews from Aviator Brewing with 300 guests at Holding Village! The Picnic by the Lake event kicked off the summer season and showcased a few of the perks that come along with living at Holding Village.

Families and friends relaxed on the lawn while listening to music from Raleigh’s One Way Back band and helped us restock Holding Lake with fish! Our on-site photographer Amber Robinson provided complimentary family photos by the lake, and guests who toured new model homes from our three builders (Ashton Woods, Drees Homes and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods) received a treat from Sweetwater Ices.
