Holding Village Congratulates Award-Winning Builders

At Holding Village, our builders are the foundation of our community, building the homes that will house our owners and creating those spaces that will turn into family memories for years to come. We would like you to join us in congratulating two of those builders, Drees Homes and Ashton Woods, for recently winning prestigious MAME Awards.

The Major Achievement in Marketing and Excellence (MAME) Awards are presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County to those builders throughout our community who have shown tremendous advancements in both sales and marketing excellence. The awards show the dedication and excellence delivered by these builders who we are pleased to have as a part of the Holding Village family.

Drees Homes won the Best Model Merchandising for a Detached in the $450,001-$500,000 and the $570,001-$620,000 price ranges. Drees also won the Best Product Design for a Detached Home for the $370,001-$420,000, $450,001-$549,000, and $570,001-$600,000 price ranges. Finally, Drees was named Building Company of the Year in the Level 2 bracket.

Ashton Woods won two awards for its designs. These were the Best Innovative Feature for Production Builder and Best Outdoor Living Space for Production Builder.

MAME Awards are highly coveted awards for builders in the area. We’re thrilled that some of the award winners are part of the team of exceptional builders that serve our community here in Holding Village.

Are you curious to see some of the work of these award-winning builders? Why not join the Holding Village community on Saturday, May 20th, from 4pm to 7pm for our Family Picnic by the Lake. Enjoy BBQ, brews, live music and celebrate the grand opening of our pool and amenity center. Bring the kids to help restock Holding Lake with fish! While you’re there, tour our model homes, and see what makes Holding Village unique among the neighborhoods in the Triangle. The event is free and open to the public and we are providing a BBQ dinner and an Aviator Brewing beer to the first 300 guests. Who knows, you just might find your next new home!
