Ashton Woods Releases New Product and Unveils New Model

We’re excited to announce that Ashton Woods is bringing their popular Manor Collection to the Raleigh-area after rave reviews by homebuyers in Charleston, SC. The larger homes will be offered at Holding Village in addition to their charming Coastal Collection of homes.

The Ashton Woods Manor Collection features a variety of floorplans that include 4-8 bedrooms and 2.5-6.5 bathrooms. This allows families to customize the home of their dreams and can include upgrades such as coffered and tray ceilings, screened decks, and a variety of layout options for kitchens and bedrooms. All new Manor homes include two-car garages and downstairs guest suites. The new construction plans range from 2,900 square feet to 6,000+.

The new Ashton Woods Hudson model will open this summer in the Holding Village model court and starts at 3,018 square feet. The five-bedroom home features a spacious open floorplan that includes a flex room and study, an upstairs bonus room and optional third floor.
