Holding Village Community Continues to Grow!

Holding Village is a thriving and growing community and is excited to announce the start of our second phase of residential development, as well as the completion of our new community amenities which will open this spring. As Holding Village continues to add new neighbors and new amenities, we are certain that more and more people will discover the benefits of life here.

Phase 2 Now Open for Sale

After opening sales in early 2016, home buyers couldn’t wait to join the community and Holding Village quickly sold almost all of the 124 home sites in the initial phase. In fact, at last count 102 of the sites have been sold. To accommodate the growing demand of interested buyers, we are now opening our second phase, which has 128 lots available for sale. Buyers who are interested in customizing their homes can do so by purchasing a home site and partnering with one of our award-winning builders, Ashton Woods Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, and Dress Homes, to create a home that perfectly meets their needs.

The new homes currently available and the homes in development at Holding Village range from 1,875 to 3,558 square feet. The prices range from the mid $200,000s to the upper $400,000s depending on the lot and the design chosen. This makes Holding Village a community with something for most budgets.

Completion of Amenities Captures the Holding Village Dream

At Holding Village, our dream has been to create a comfortable, family-friendly community that encourages people to get outdoors and enjoy nature. That’s why we chose a lakefront community and our amenities have been developed with this in mind.

Among these amenities is Somerset Pavilion, our central amenity with a pool and pool house. Somerset Pavilion also has a playground and fire pit that overlooks our lake. The community has completed work on our main dock facility too, providing a place for Holding Village residents to fish or launch a kayak into the water. Lookout Park, our natural play area overlooking Lake Holding is also completed. Holding Village will have an official opening of the Somerset Pavilion this spring.
